Noray undertakes to send the product using the necessary means so that it reaches the user in optimal conditions. To do this, it will have special packaging and transport that will keep the cold chain stable.
The delivery time may be altered due to unavailability of the product or some fortuitous incident or force majeure, and delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond the control and management of Noray.
Holidays in the province of Valladolid must be taken into account as a holiday at www.norayseafood.es as far as the delivery of the merchandise is concerned, since our logistics platform is centralized in Valladolid. We apologize for any inconvenience this problem may cause you.
The delivery of the product is considered made at the moment in which the user receives the order from the carrier, giving his confirmation by signing an accrediting document.
Orders placed until Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. are delivered on Thursday. Orders placed between Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. and Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. will be delivered on Friday.
When will I recive my order?
If you want to choose the delivery day (only Thursday or Friday) specify it clearly in the comments field.
If you wish to receive the order at a different address than the one you have in your customer file, write it down clearly in the comments section.

Can I receive the product "ready to consume"?
Sure! Our state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly facilities allow us to recreate the clean, pure ocean habitat by sourcing saltwater prawns that are free of contaminants and disease.
What are the delivery areas?
Noray Seafood delivers throughout the peninsula. The rest of the national territories (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) are outside our delivery area due to possible logistical complications that could affect the quality of perishable products such as those we offer.
What if I'm not home?
The carrier will call you at the contact telephone number on your customer file and you can arrange delivery at another time.
What should I do if I detect an incident when I receive my order?
Don't worry, Noray is responsible for the quality of its products. If you find any problem after receiving your order, call us in less than 24 hours and we will find a solution.
Our carrier will go to your home to pick up the order as soon as possible. In the meantime, keep the product in the freezer and keep the original packaging.
Give it to the carrier and we will contact you to agree on the best way to refund your money if you wish, or to send your order again.
Noray will only accept returns motivated by receipt of a product in poor condition. If this happens, the user must contact us by phone at 983 810 430 or e-mail email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the order, informing us at that time of the reason for the return.
Once the veracity of the facts has been verified, Noray will send a carrier to pick up the product at the address where the delivery was made.
Meanwhile, the user must keep the product cold and keep the original packaging to deliver it to the carrier.
Once the rejected product has been received, Noray will contact the user to agree on how to return the money or schedule a new shipment.
